About Me

Hello, I’m Abigail, a transpersonal psychology scholar, a lover of beauty, magic + miracles. I started reading metaphysics when I was 12. Went to India three times in my early 20s, and have deeply explored several kinds of spiritual practices and traditions. I have sat for a ten day silent vipassana retreat, gone to daily mass, received advice from priests, pastors, shamans and saw all kinds of healers. Until I found Spiritual Response Therapy.

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is a system of spiritual healing that allows us to access the subconscious mind and Akashic Records. It is based on the premise that our soul is connected to higher levels of consciousness and energy. It is a non invasive and safe method that uses communication with your spiritual guides to access deeper levels of our being.
